Hilal Polat (b. 1979, Ankara) graduated Hacettepe University Fine Arts Faculty Painting department. Polat explores shaping the form of production with different perspectives by experiencing many opportunities that open up space for creativity, such as design, theater, performance and art direction. Polat, who uses “tradition” as a starting point in her work. She believes in combining forms in plastic arts with the possibilities of other branches of art. She continues her work with the aim (reflex) of creating her own world in which she will live.
