With his recent paintings, Kerem Ağralı is witnessing the “homo evolution” through his own artistic transformation.

As a form of being, Homo Sapiens continues to evolve within an ongoing process, triggered by the cultural and technological developments of modern times. These layers, created instantly by various evolution processes, are turning into surreal and fantastic canvases with the help of the artist’s creative reflex and imagination.

Aiming to overcome the figurative realm, Kerem tries to represent his visual repertoire –arising from his fondness of science fiction, animation and physics– on canvas and sculpture. A sense of reality manifested by the scientific approach and relatively more holistic and intuitive self- consciousness of the human mind emerge as the evolutionary layers in Kerem’s works.
