Since the day it was established, Mixer aims to make art reachable to everyone, while creating platforms for young artists to show their works. For the first time this year, Mixer has initiated the exhibition series Sessions, where a group of artists is selected from various applications under an Open Call, to be exhibited in the summer period.

For the inaugural edition of Sessions I, taking place between July 15 to August 13, 2016, 23 artists have been selected, ranging from various mediums to different levels of education and research.

The show consists of a wide selection of artists who have improved their practices and researches through particular mediums and diverse fields.
