Mixer Sessions IV- Portfolio Workshop
Friday, March 15 and Wednesday, April 03, 2019
Mixer Sessions which enable young artists to exhibit their works, aim to support participants right from the beginning of their careers. In order to support artists for applications, Portfolio Preparation Workshops will be held parallel to Mixer Sessions IV open call process.
The portfolio of the artist is a reflection of her identity. Portfolio is the list of skills and abilities that are developed since the begining. It provides an opportunitiy to introduce artworks to galleries, curators and collectors, it acts as a communication tool between artists and institutions. The workshop that will be held gallery director Bengü Gün, will guide participants on preparing a professional and impressive portfolio. Also, participants will be informed about Mixer Sessions application procedures.
Workshop dates will be Friday, March 15 and Wednesday, April 03, 2019 between 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Bengü Gün (born in 1982, Mersin) graduated from Boğaziçi University Department of Management. She pursued her masters degree at Koç University Anatolian Civilization and Cultural Heritage Management department. After her four years business consulting experience, she worked as the Membership Manager at Istanbul Museum of Modern Art. She has been working as the Director at Mixer since it was founded in 2012.
