Artist follows the concern,as an existential form, with perception and conscious; she transfers her own existential concerns with mirrors. The inevitability of death that starts with the birth, solitude, isolation, personal bonds and the problem of meaning unites in artist’s self-portraits. This unification defines the reflection of the fears that is related to the causeless and immaterial concerns. According to Erdemirel, anxiety is a concept that breaths with the present day society. Therefore, in artist’s recent works, while she presents the reflection of herself in a ‘anxious‘ state, she reveals the reality of her concerns.
